The Third Realm is Reality. It is our realm. It is your realm. Want to do something there? Go for it. That simple. Just start a thead, and get posting; there ain't nobody stopping you. The Portals to the Other Realms were, originally, concieved just as a distorted form of Dueling, various Arenas for you to duke it out with whomever you aren't so keen on at the moment. If you want to RolePlay in there, then go for it. No laws, no rules, no limits. Just be aware, that each realm is different. Each realm is unique in its own way. And each realm is equally as dangerous to the body of one from the Third Realm, as would a blade through the heart would be. Remember that.
But hey, I guess you want some more help, right? How about a template? That do you?

There. The first one is obvious, the name of your little tangent. The second is the story; make it as long as you please, as long as it explains it all to the people joining, then thats fine. Simple hack-and-slashes wont have much more than a story, but an emotional roller-coaster circling the love-lives of various custm-created teens, meanwhile, will have one hell of a backstory. Try to keep it longer than a sentence, please, for my sake, and the other readers/members. The Special Rules/Restrictions involve anything specific you dont want going on in there; perhaps no gifts or powers, mutations, dimension hopping enemies, or whatever; all players joining must follow these, the laws of your RolePlay. The Desires/Needs section is of anything you want to be going on in there; the opposite of the last. Be it specific elements you want present, gifts that everyone would possess, or psychological or emotion feelings that all players would feel; another of the laws laid down. Also, this would relate to anybody wishing to join, as it would/could quite significantly affect their characters. Set Characters are the names/profiles of anybody who you need played, able to be accepted by anybody joining. You may only want specific characters, or a certain role fulfilled; heres your chance.
You could also include a limit to the number of players, advanced story direction, or even the names/characters of those already joined.
Remember, this is all unique to you. You dont have to use this template. Know what you're doing? Then you dont need to be reading this, just get to work!
If you need help, PM eXileD, he's always willing to help. Sammael has his useful moments too. Or, pretty much anybody you have seen start a new thread.
All in all, if you want, you could just wait, and join other peoples threads; it is your choice. Admins will often make new story threads, whereas other players will do the same.
Remember; freedom is the key word here.
But, if you join someones thread though, you must follow their rules, their laws, and their story. Discuss with the threads creator any issues you may have, any directions you may want taken, any specific events you may wish to introduce. Dont just pull things out of the blue.
